Before it goes wrong

Does the app message my tenant by itself?Attach the lease, a certificate, whatever matters. Set the date the lease ends and the app tells you a month before. Documents filed under a tenant leave when the tenant does.
Can I keep a copy of my tenant's ID?There is no account to create and no server holding your records. Everything is stored on the device itself. The only thing the app ever sends is an anonymous report if it crashes, and you can switch even that off. A backup is a file you export and put wherever you like.
